What does Generic mean?

Generic means using a different name with the same ingredients. The contents of the pills are absolutely the same in our generic version as  Brand Name, when you purchase online with our company.

Why is your product so cheap?

There is a number of reasons for that.

Why the name of Generic is different of BRAND?

Manufacturers of generic drugs cannot use brand names on their pharmaceuticals as that would be the breach of copyright while using the well known ingredients is absolutely legal.

Do you will offer other products in the future?

If you need a product which is not mentioned at our site, you can let us know of the product you are interested in and we will try our best to add it to our list as soon as possible.

Are the products you offer FDA approved?

The products we sell are approved FDA for export.

What happens when I submit my order?

Your order is dispatched through our order system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request.

When your order is approved, the physician will be write your prescription and our ordering system will ensure that you purchase  your meds without need to get a new prescription with your Doctor.

Do you accept cheques, Paypal, cash?

We accept only Bitcoin, Western Union, MoneyGram, MoneyPack, Gift Card.

What is your privacy policy?

We are fully dedicated to your privacy and security. Please refer to the current privacy policy in the terms & conditions section of our order page.

Do you have any age restriction?

Unfortunately, we do not sell Meds to persons less than 18 years old.

How do you ship orders?

We can offer 3 shipping methods at the moment:
FedEx, UPS and USPS.

To what countries do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

What I need to do if the package is damage or missing any pill?

In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. See our policies section.

May I change the type of shipping?

Packages are sent within 24 hours after order placement. If you decide to change the shipping type, please contact our support department.

When will my package arrive?

We offer three types of delivery:

FedEx = Next Day Delivery

USPS = 2 Day Delivery

We process and dispatch your order within 2 business days by USPS. Please check your ORDER HISTORY and count business days before writing to us about delivery time! If its over 3 or 5 business days, please contact us.

I haven't received a confirmation email. Why?

Maybe you enter a wrong Email Address.

Will I have to sign for the package?

You don’t need to sign for your package.

Where I can track my order?

You can check your order status, when you get your tracking number via:

FedEx or USPS

What I need to do if the package exceed the time limited?

If you can’t receive your package in time, please contact our shipping department for more information.

I received one part of my order, where is the rest?

If you have placed a large order, We need to send different packages  for secure reason. Please, wait for the other package arrival.

When you purchase online a big package we need to send different package.
